My recent stay at Relais San Damian left me appreciating the harmonious blend of tranquil surroundings and culinary offerings, a hallmark for any food enthusiast like myself. Nestled on a hillside just outside Imperia, this charming hideaway provides a serene atmosphere paired with an exceptional breakfast experience. Each morning, I enjoyed a Continental breakfast served on the poolside veranda-an arrangement that allowed me to savor the picturesque views while indulging in a delightful selection of fresh fruits and homemade jams. The quality of the ingredients stood out; delectable homemade jams added a personal touch to the morning rolls, enhancing the meal substantially. Accompanying the hearty spread was a choice of cheeses, salami, hams, and eggs, which catered nicely to different palates. Although the kitchen in our room was limited in cooking utensils, it encouraged a focus on enjoying local culinary delights. the ambiance created by the friendly staff added to the warmth of this culinary retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend Relais San Damian for a relaxing getaway that subtly celebrates local flavor.
